These protocols govern access to the ScreenCache platform structure, API endpoints, and associated services. Execution of account creation implies full acceptance of these parameters.

Eligibility & Accounts

Age Requirement

Access is strictly limited to individuals 18 years or older. Accounts found in violation will be immediately terminated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality. ScreenCache is not liable for loss resulting from unauthorized access.

Content & Licensing

“User Content” is defined as any asset uploaded to the platform structure. You retain ownership; we require specific operation rights.

Platform License

Worldwide, royalty-free right to host, transcode, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

Safety License

Right to scan, analyze, and review content (including private messages) for compliance, malware, and illegal material.

Prohibited Vectors

Zero Tolerance // CSAM

Strict prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Detection triggers immediate NCMEC reporting (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), account termination, and data preservation for law enforcement.

Moderation Pipeline

All data ingress is subjected to automated scanning (Hashing, ML Classifiers). Direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted to facilitate safety auditing.

Creator Protocols

Monetization

Creators set pricing. ScreenCache charges a platform fee. Payment processing fees are separate via Stripe.

Payouts

Processed via Stripe Connect. Requires identity verification. Payouts may be withheld during fraud investigations.

Refunds

Platform acts as marketplace facilitator. Disputes are resolved per our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

DMCA Takedown Protocol

Submit infringment notices to dmca@screencache.com. Notices must include identification of work, location on platform, and sworn statement of authority.

REPEAT INFRINGERS WILL BE TERMINATED

Liability & Disputes

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNT PAID IN PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

Disputes shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration. Class action waiver applies. Governing law: Delaware, United States.
